Court Availability

Courts are available for free play except as indicated in the schedule shown below.

It’s best to book a court in advance of coming down to play at the club.

Private bookings may in very exceptional circumstances have to be given up/moved at short notice to accommodate, for example, interclub competition matches or emergency maintenance

Booking a court

All court bookings are done online from the Members area of this website.

Any member can book courts in 30 minute segments for up to 1 hour, or for the duration of a tournament match. If two or more members are playing then courts may be booked for longer, but for a maximum of two hours per booking.

Courts will be automatically booked in the member’s name and it is that member’s responsibility to delete the bookings if unable to play.

Should you arrive and find that someone is playing on a court that you have booked, then you may POLITELY ask them to vacate the court.

Floodlights

Tokens to operate the floodlights on all courts are provided free of charge at mix-ins. At other times they cost £3.50 per hour. They can be purchased from Andy Pepper, Alison Wade, Nigel Swain or Sarah Honeyball. Planning restrictions forbid the use of the lights after 10pm.
